My philosophy as a therapist is a collaborative approach. In other words, we are a team working together. I seek to understand the context of what you go through in your life and together we can work toward self-awareness and insight. It is important to me that you do not feel labeled, it is more important that you feel understood. Only through understanding will you then be able to carry out your goals in therapy.

I bring compassion, support, guidance and care to our therapeutic relationship. I have had training in contextual family therapy; this only means that I bring to you an understanding of family dynamics from a humanistic perspective. Additionally, I have studied Relational Cultural Therapy which is the study of relationships as well as understanding the influence of culture in relationships.

The most important aspect of therapy is the relationship that you and I develop. That is why I find it so important to listen with a nonjudgemental ear, to not label you but to see you as the unique individual that you are and want to been seen. If you are seeking relational guidance either individually  or together, I am passionate that both of you feel supported by me. You can get a sense of how I work by reading my eBook, if you’d like. 🙂

Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have about the therapeutic process.

Why you will want to continue to visit my website!

This website is to guide those who are seeking to learn about themselves as well as your relationship!

You can read my blog that will help you in many areas of your life.

Not everyone feels that therapy is for them. That is why I am working on my online courses! The first one will be free to you!

Also, I am super excited to offer you my reading suggestions page. The page is not going to be a typical suggestions page. I will go into great detail about the books that I suggest. I will describe what I’ve learned from them and how I benefited from reading them.
